Suzana Gostimirović began her music industry journey in 1998 in Sarajevo, initiating and contributing to the Futura Festival, where she played a key role in artist programming and event organisation alongside local partners, NGOs, and UN troops. This experience ignited her passion for cultural engagement and event management, leading to a diverse career spanning over two decades. In the early 2000s, she founded Gostimirović Music Management, excelling in the representation and development of artists' careers, as well as organising tours and projects for esteemed artists, labels, and festivals worldwide. In 2018, she established the Noviton agency in partnership with Daniel Miller, further solidifying her commitment to nurturing talent and facilitating impactful music experiences. Suzana thrives on transforming creative visions into reality, specialising in administrative supervision for film music productions, talent scouting, and strategic coordination, driven by her dedication to building authentic relationships within the cultural field.
