Nico Purman and Alex Smoke on Vakant digital compilation out on July 26, 2010
Vakant released a new digital compilation called “Family Values” on July 26.
The collection will feature mostly brand new tracks by Vakant’s core group of artists, which includes Alex Smoke, Dario Zenker, DeWalta and Nico Purman. The CD also features some older tunes that haven’t been released yet, including lone Wihgnomy Brother Robag Wruhme’s “Kuttenrolch 1996,” which was originally recorded in 1996. Mathias Kaden digs up an early track too, with “Circle Pit 2010,” a new edit of the A-side from his debut 12-inch, released on Vakant back in 2005.
